Relay Hawaii provides outreach services to the deaf, deafblind, hard of hearing, speech disabled - and anyone they need to call - in Relay Hawaii. The Account Manager or Outreach Specialist travels the islands, making presentations and distributing information.
Workshops and training sessions are conducted for those who can hear to educate them about how to use and accept relay calls. The Account Manager or Outreach Specialist also assists Hawai'i residents who have a hearing loss or speech disability with updates and responses to questions concerning relay service in Hawai'i.
