  • Con el sistema VCO, las personas con problemas auditivos pueden hablar directamente con una persona oyente usando su propia voz. Un operador de retransmisión escribe las respuestas de la persona oyente al usuario del teléfono VCO.

  • El sistema VCO de dos líneas permite que el cliente con dos líneas telefónicas use una de las líneas para hablar directamente con la persona oyente y la otra para recibir las respuestas escritas de la persona oyente. El resultado es un flujo más natural, sin pausas, de la conversación.

IP Captioned Telephone Service may use a live operator. The operator generates captions of what the other party to the call says. These captions are then sent to your phone. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund. No cost is passed on to the CapTel user for using the service. CapTel is a registered trademarks of Ultratec, Inc.
