Relay Hawaii Relay Advisory Council (HI-RAC)

The HI-RAC is created by Sprint Corporation, provider of Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) with the cooperation and support of the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Hawaii (PUC). Relay Hawaii has an Advisory Council which meets at called meetings in order to provide input and to receive updates from the Relay provider regarding Relay Services in the State of Hawaii and to learn of Relay issues in Hawaii and the rest of the U.S.A. This is to help consumers understand and receive the maximum benefit from Relay services.
